All our offices offer computer workstations, printing capabilities, open training & workspace areas, where agents can come together and collaborate, conference rooms with computer setup ready to host meetings and friendly, helpful staff ready to help with any questions or concerns.

Two is better than ONE and in this case, our agents have access to TWO Broker-Owners ready to help them grow and build their Empires! Both Janet Cisneros and Derek De Ville have a combined experience of 25 years in the real estate industry, with each of them working through the worst recession and market crash in modern history (2007) to building their own Empires.
Opening Realty ONE Group Empire in 2014, Janet began to modernize and change the way real estate business was done here in the high desert, opening the doors to agents and helping them Experience the Difference not only with more commission but improving their quality of life.
In March 2020, both Janet and Derek partnered up to continue building what Janet started in 2014 and are today helping to change the lives of our real estate agents and their families with more trainings and accountability while maintaining our family-focused, agent FIRST mentality.
